Park Tools Empty Park Tools

Hulloo all, does anyone know if there is a problem with the Park Tool company? I have been unable to get onto their website for a few days, and read an article recently that said they had some legal issues in the U.S over some of their products. With the U.S' little known habit of suing everyone for everything!!! anybody know if they have folded?
