Cannock Ride This Sunday

I think people would like to meet up before we leave for Cannock on Sunday.
I think the best place would be the Coach Car Park (opp police station) on the NORTH BOUND M1 NEWPORT PAGNELL service area.
I think if we could all be there for 7:55 leave at about 8:10ish to be there for around 9:30.


Were gonna have ourselves a CONVOY!!!! woot woot

Also how long is everyone happy to do up there???

Last time when we were guided we did a couple of hours in the morning , stopped for lunch then rode back on the road most of the way then did a bit more off-road , so it was probably 4 hours in total, finishing about 3 o'clock allowing for mechanicals, (note to Big Gav to make sure his bike is working properly:cyclops:

Well I'm happy to be up here for as long as it takes as I'm up here any way Are you really going to get here for 9.30, I'm not sure if its even light by then

IF YOU WERE AT CANNOCK LAST YEAR WE ARE MEETING AT THE SAME VENUE. THE PARKING IS APPX £2 FOR THE DAY.

WE SHALL RIDE IN THE MORNING OVER TO THE CAFE, QUICK BREW,etc THEN RIDE BACK. FULL DAY SESSION.

THE RIDING IS SIMILAR TO THETFORD BUT WITH MORE HILLS.

GIVE ME A BUZZ IF U R UNSURE WHERE TO GO!

Good ride today. Steve (I think) and I put in an extra 40 mins and Graham and lady (sorry don't know your name) were going to be putting in an extra lap.

Good job the Mrs was out when I got home given the state of my kit.

It was a bit muddy in places wasn't it Im glad I worn shorts in the end I ended up hosing myself down as well as my bike

Thanks guys, it was good to day and even more muddy the second time around the dog. My friend that joined us today was Julie, she came down from Halifax to ride with us (and she brought both wheels)
