Good ride but I was near the end of my reserves by the end which is not like me...........way too much over indulgence of food and wine really showed!! Can't believe I did that to my body. Year after year I never learn.

Did a nice flat(ish) 25 mile canal ride from Willen to Tring with Andrew Jenkins and friend (Colin) today and then got the train back. Bit chilly in places, couldn't have been above 2 degrees all day. 2 bikes to clean now!
