Hi All,

Long time no ride.
I'm starting to get back into the saddle after my tumble. Unfortunatly, not only did I bust my colarbone, I tore a Hamstring. Only found this out today after seeing a consultant.

Question I only have 5 weeks in which to prepare for a week in the Pyrenees, having not riden for 7 weeks. Shocked Shocked
How can I best prepare/train for the trip. It's having the climbing strength for all the big climbs that worries me.

If any one can advise on a training plan/routine I'd be very gratefull.

Hope to get out riding with you all soon.
