think im going to join up....

havent been riding since i was rather young but have allways wanted to get myself a half decent bike and get out n about on it.

So three weeks ago i bought my first bike in a vvvvv long time. (GT Force 3).
And decided to google to see what i could find in and around MK. So im a novice rider and from what ive seen you guys mostly go out on a sunday which suits me just grand!

Do you guys/girls mainly just put posts up here for when u are riding or do u have a place of meet on a day and whos there is there and off we go?

Normally we meet at the same place ( http://www.cyclonemountainbikingclub.co.uk/directions.htm ) every Sunday at 10, ride for an hour looping back to the carpark to pick up waifs and strays at 11, then ride for another hour.

Am new to mountain biking too (have always had a bike but up until recently not one that is any use off a footpath)
Am hoping to come out to ride a week on Sunday but am a bit unsure about taking the plunge, is there usually someone around to help with some basic tips? (probably won't be able to get there until 11am is this a problem?)

ok cool, i will get round to sending off my form and so on by end of the week!
i will try and get up there for this sunday but as i live in loughton and am not driving i tend to ride up. well have done last 2 times .
if i dont make it this sunday diffo next sunday is on.

If i get realy lazy i do tend to order a taxi mind u so look out for a realy tired guy pulling his bike outa a taxi!
