Ride this Sunday is something different.......and 2hrs long.
All, we did have an Ashridge loop planned for this Sunday, however due to the amount of H2O we have had I think it will still be rather damp !!
So I am going to lead a loop from the normal starting place, across to Milbrook and back around Aspley Guise and back to home. The lopp will take around 2hrs. So we will obviously not be returning at 11:00 to pick up the lazy buggers !!
Can you tell every one you know who may be thinking of riding.
Thanks
See you there.

Thanks Nath, was planning to ride with you at 11.00 this Sunday (being a lazy Bugger and going to the Eaton Bray beer festival on Saurday night). Any one else planning to ride from the normal place at 11.00? its no good me coming other wise I would get totally lost in the woods

Re: Ride this Sunday is something different.......and 2hrs long.
I'm afraid I shall not be able to attend this Sundays ride, due to the fact that I will be suffering from the mother of all hangovers.
As a number of my mates are doing the Freedom Parade From the Church to the town hall/Civic offices in MK,as they have just returned from Afganistan.

To save riding up the main A421 theres a cycle path that goes up the hill through the Amazon industrial estate
or take the route 51 cycle route after crossing the motorway then theres a bridle path that runs across to the top of the hill at Brogbrough
I think I will be there on Sunday

A421 strip is only 2 mins....
Route 51 is an uphill slog through cat litter !! Not worth it !

Peeps.........I've just ridden the route for tomorrow, and as we have had so much sun & rain the undergrowth has sprouted....so the stingers are out in full force.
So you may want to wear leg / arm protection. (Arm warmers etc)
My legs are still stinging !!
