Specialized Rockhopper
Hi, none of you know me as I haven't actually made it out for a spin on Sunday morning yet (always working ).
Having just finally purchased a new Giant from Alex at Pink's I am selling my Rockhopper. Before chucking it on eBay I thought I'd post it on here and see if anybody was interested. This is a great starter bike. Spec as follows:
Rockhopper 2005 17” frame (very good condition but the usual cable rub/stone chips). Still very tidy.
RockShox Recon 327 100mm travel air sprung (brand new)
Avid Juicy 3 hydraulic disk brakes with 160mm rotors (brand new)
Shimano XT rear mech (761)
Shimano Deore front mech (brand new)
Shimano Deore shifters
Race Face Ride XC chainset (brand new)
Easton EA30 low rise bars (brand new)
Easton EA30 handlebar stem (brand new)
Easton EA30 30.9mm seatpost (brand new)
WTB Devo Team Saddle (brand new)
WTB Dual Duty X wheels with formula hubs (brand new)
Tyres - Hutchinson Barracuda 26x2.1’’(F) Piranha 26x2.0’’(R)’ (test usage only)
Shimano M520 SPD pedals
Originally supplied by Phil Corley cycles
I have always cleaned and maintained it very carefully and all work has been carried out by Roy Pink Cycles in Newport Pagnell. If you have any questions please ask.
I LOVE this bike, but sadly I cannot justify keeping two so it has to go.
If you have any questions or want to view the bike, PM me via this site with your number and I'll give you a call. Sorry I'm not being awkward but I work very irregular hours , so it's easier that way.
£Sensible offers (considering frame aside it has about £300 - £400 worth of new kit on it).
Cheers,
Chris
