Trek Trail Time Trial Results 16th August
OK, so it was only me and Nath!
1) Nath 6:50 (full sus)
2) Jase 6:55 (SS)
Conditions were muddy and slippery.
So who fancies trying to go under 6:30?????????

Re: Trek Trail Time Trial Results 16th August
was that the thud of a gauntlet landing?
Given it took best part of 6 mins to do furze hill to the top from the right hand bend, I don't think I'll be offering much of a challenge

Sure was.
First time I did it a few years back it took me 9:03, so is good just to see yourself improve really.
I'm not taking it too seriously and won't be going back to practice without Nath

Yes it was a good laugh..........plus looking at the heart rate profile was hilarious !!! It starts about 8.5 miles.
http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/chart/get.mb?xy.domain=totalDistance&xy.ranges=heartRate&xy.histogram=false&xy.legendVisible=false&xy.primaryRangeAxisVisible=true&xy.secondaryRangeAxisVisible=true&xy.rangeTitlesVisible=true&xy.domainAxisVisible=true&xy.plotForegroundOpacity=0.75&episodePk.pkValue=3679602&xy.plotForegroundOpacity=0.75&xy.autoFit=true&xy.width=1000&xy.height=450
If anyone is in let us know.
But you have th ride all of the Trek Trail the correct way !!
The last climb is lactic acid central !!!!

Re: Trek Trail Time Trial Results 16th August
So was the proper trek trail what we were riding on Sunday then?
Gonna have to have a few more times round there yet to get it set in my head.
Think I may have to pop over there next week a few times for some practice....
