Re: Pub night
I think we will have to change the venue/. The Swan has now turned into an Uber-selective pretentious restaurant. There is no informal drinking area, apart from outside, plus they do not allow you in with prams. (That really got my goat up!!!!)
So I vote for a full boycott. If you don't agree I'm leraving the club !!!
Only kidding, we may have to find an alternative informal, turn up for a pint and a plate of chips type venue.
The Oak, just up the hill, is one suggestion, with the delightful Mick the barman. May be busy tonight with the football on!
The Fir-tree opposite is OK, they serve bar food if anyone gets hungry.
The Station, just over the level crossing as you come into Woburn Sands, normally OK, but again may be busy tonight with the footie.
What do we all think?

Re: Pub night
There is always Pink Punters in Fenny Stratford, not sure if they would have the footie on though.
There are a couple of pubs in woburn itself too Im sure are rather accomadating.
To be honest if it were somewhere a bit more central to Milton Keynes I would make a few more than I do.

Re: Pub night
OK Doklie. Lets go for THE OAK.
See you all there.
Mark, seeing as its only Jamie, Rob and I that live in Woburn Sands, and more of you guys live in MK, maybe we could look to change the venue to a pub in MK.
Lets have a natter tonight over a pint of Kronnie and tadge of footie!!
