Anyone racing at the Bowl this Friday?

I'm half tempted, wondered if there would be any familiar faces about...

Just keep one eye open for snakes as a rider fell off and got bitten by an adder in the last race at the bowl

Snakes?! I guess I can add it to the bite I have on my leg from a dog up the woods last Sunday.

Looks like the weather is going to be nice, so hopefully the grass won't be too slippy. Did it once a few years back and it was like an ice rink.

just got back from working away this week and saw this. I'm also tempted. Did i read right and this only lasts about an hour? And are you going to do it?

Hi Neil. Yeah I think it's about an hour. I think you keep doing laps until the 45 minute mark, then you do one more lap after that. I need to check the details properly today though.

I've decided to do it, yes - the weather's been good this week so the grass should be nice and dry and not too slippy. I'd only end up sat on the sofa with a fish n chips otherwise!

I also put a message on the cyclone FB page and a couple of other cyclone chaps said they'd probably give it a go too.
