Coed y Brenin Weekend Trip Sat 28th to Mon 30th

The club is organising a weekend to ride the Beast and other trails in the area. It is less than 6 weeks away so I need to know who's interested by the weekend so I can search for suitable accommodation/campsites. As it's a bank holiday weekend places will book up fast.

Planning to book for Saturday night and Sunday night but I know some people want to go a few days earlier as well, so let me know and I'll see what I can arrange.

Need to order the weather too!

Is the B&B 3 nights or 2 ? ie Friday eve as well as Sat/Sun eves , or is it flexible ?

Good point Rob. The B&B's are only booked for the Saturday and Sunday nights but if you wanted Friday as well I can ask them. I was originally booking everyone for just the 2 nights but with the camping we didn't have a choice, it had to be 3 (and some campers were toying with the idea about going earlier).

I am only staying for the 2 myself so Keith/Rob if you wanted Friday too I can call them.

(You know you want to camp really Rob, go on be brave for at least the one night!)

Hi Caroline, I'd be very interested in going and staying bunkhouse or any cheap indoor accommodation. I'd be able to go up early also and happy to jump in with someone else for lifts etc. I registered on Cyclone pos. 18 months ago but hadn't rode with them for a while til sun 8th August. Many Thanks those that were out for a good mornings ride, hope to ride with you again soon. Would appreciate being able to talk to someone re more details for Wales weekend as i'm very interested in going but don't yet know many of you yet. I'm planning to go tomorrow afternoon and get there for teatime. Was thinking of doing the Tawr trail early Saturday morning...

Yes the plan is to all meet up the trail centre at 12 o'clock for a spot on lunch then ready to ride at 1 o'clock. This gives those of you that are camping and heading up on the Friday a chance to get a good ride in in the morning, then meet up with everyone else to go again!

I have not been able to get a free Sunday to head to Woburn and introduce myself, so haven't posted to date, however, I am heading to Dolgellau tomorrow afternoon for the weekend to ride, and wondered if it would be ok to hook up with you guys for a ride or two up there?

Fantastic weekend with a great group of guys. Being the only girl (where were you all?) they were all mostly on their best behaviour.
