Hope it is a quick recovery Darren, I would guess at care and patience will be the quickest route to recovery. Take care.
Would anyone like to car share on Sunday, I was looking to leave about 8am

Thanks Martin , Its a shame as we could have shared a car as we live on the same estate.
Still I hope everyone has a great day.

Don't forget your tent Martin
Im going up early doors then going to do a steady lap and meet up with everyone at 10. If Im not there don't wait for me I will catch you up
Anyone is welcome to join me but only planning to stop for falls, technicals and crossing the road/railway track

That's bad news Darren. Hope the calf heals quickly. I barely know anyone that plays regular football that hasn't had a reasonably heft injury of some sort - dangerous sport!
I'll be up there just before 10. Not sure if I'm staying at a mate's house in Cambridge on Saturday or not so I'll opt out of car sharing this time round. Really looking forward to this, haven't ridden out of Woburn for a while...

Thanks Daz, are you going to cook us tea for when we get there as well???
We really do appreciate you doing this for us, cheers buddy.
I won't be joining you for an early loop tomorrow as I don't think having to jump of the bike to fake an accident so I can get a rest is a good idea.

Yeah, superb ride. Did you guys do some more after lunch? I had to get back - was shattered when I got home.
Apologies for deafening everyone with my howling brakes all day. That's a job for this week

Great day out, thanks all, despite ending the day in pain.
We started to do a bit more after lunch but didn't get far before I was off. I had to call it day then.
My thumb is big and sore. My shoulder was more of a problem driving home though, thankfully it was mostly motorway, hardly slept last night, I'm shatttered. Just hope I repair quick enough for Afan.

Yes, excellent ride. Thanks for being nice gentlemen and waiting for me in the heat. Hope all the injuries heal very quickly ready for the next ride.
