Re: news from Scotland
Big thank you to Caroline for organising the trip - not an easy task with so many people and some pulling out last minute.. in the end we got an extra bed and Linda joined us for the last part of the week.
The accomodation was excellent and a brilliantly planned week despite the weather on Sunday and Wednesday (our 9.30 am start turned into a 2pm 'suppose we should get going the rain has eased a bit now...')
Big up to those who hadn't been before and took on the Scotland trails at full speed - now you know what we've been talking about for 4 years..
Pack your biggest jumper and headup again in October!
(Aaron - can you put the Newcastleton northshore video on as a link - probably best it had no sound in the end )

Re: news from Scotland
Thanks to Gav and Fizz for their support and guidance on organising my first trip for the club. As the numbers doubled from last year from 6 to 12.........then 16.......then back to 12 then 13 a week before departure, the challenge was a good one!
It was great to go away with a good number of club members, each with their own contribution to making the week special.
It was a pleasure to organise a trip for such a great bunch of people and as long as everyone enjoyed themselves my task was worth while. Thanks for all your thanks.
Ready for the next challenge..............

Re: news from Scotland
Like London buses none come along for ages then three turn up at once , here are a few more videos I've managed to cut together coverring the cycling from the first day in Dalbeatie:-
First up tho Big Gav introduces us to the group:-

Here is the first part of the cycling:-

Parts 2,3 and 4 are still uploading/processing, but I'll add them as they are ready. Hope you enjoy the videos, these are just kind of rough cuts, so please let me know what you think
