Hubs front & rear WANTED (Disc comp)

Hi, I need some hubs to change my single speed bikes V brake wheels to Disc brake version. Don't want to be spending too much as its my third occasional bike for every now and then XC rides. Hope someone has something laying about?

I've got some old wheels I no longer need that are disc compatible. I can't remember the spec off-hand but if you're interested I can dig them out when I get home and let you know.
