WANTED: Hardtail with front suspension

Looking for front suspension hardtail for a friend who's getting into biking. Smallish frame size, ideally 15-16.5", she's approx 5ft.5". Decent quality, spec. and condition ideally with disc brakes or hubs and frame mounts ready to take them for an upgrade. Mostly be used for X-country, local woods and trail centre riding. ANYTHING OUT THERE?.
