Peak District Weekend ***UPDATE***
Following on from Club Night & other interest here are the accommodation details for the weekend.
The `best` place to stay is the Stanley Arms, located on the edge of the Peak District National Park.
www.stanleyarms.com
For a slightly more up-market venue and within the same vicinity is the Ryles Arms. www.rylesarms.com
Call me if you require any more info about the ride(s)
Cheers!

Re: Peak District Weekend ***UPDATE***
Ok, got the whole of next week off, including Sunday, so I'm up for joining you guys for some MTB action!
Please go easy on me tho! I haven't sat on the bike since December, and I'm having 2 teeth out on Thursday, so may not be firing on all cylinders Going to be unsing this as a kick start back into (cardio)fitness.
Any idea of meeting point/time and stuff?
Details details details!

Hi BG,
I hope to be joining you on the Sunday, I've not yet been seduced by the smooth black stuff yet.

Re: Peak District Weekend ***UPDATE***
I'd love to come, but cold air really makes my bad teeth ache. Was supposed to have 'em out today, but apparently I can't stay conscious for long enough....
Gutted.

Re: Peak District Weekend ***UPDATE***
Big thanks to Big Gav and Julia for the guiding today.
The weather and ride were great and I'm amazed how you managed to get 18 miles of climbing into a 20 mile loop!!!
I'll be a climber one day........................I hope.
Thanks again, I had a great time.
And thanks to you Si for picking up my front wheel that must have rolled out of the back of my car when I had my back turned. (naughty naughty wheelie)

Yes thanks guys for a great weekend. Luckily Julia was there to keep Gav in check and make sure he didn't totally crusify us with an extra 100 mile loop.
Thanks to Smegger for letting me draft all the way up the hill to the Cat & Fiddle.
