Brecon Beacons trip - Free place
Guys,
I have to drop out of the Bank Holiday trip to the Brecon Beacons due to Sciatica and can hardly walk at the moment, let alone ride up mountains
Of course I'm gutted but my place is fully paid for in the bunk house and is FREE to any one that wants it (first person to let Andy know).
Have a great weekend.

Graham
I had quite bad problems with sciatica a couple of years ago which was aggravated when I went on my bike. I found a brilliant physio who has totally sorted the problem now.
A lot of physio's don't sort the problem and its quite easy to fix! He charges £50 a session but is worth going to see because he will sort it for you.
Let me know if you want his details

If the space isn't taken, I will tear up your cheque or I can return it to you Graham. I've spoken to the landlord it's ok.

Fizz, Darren thanks for all of your best wishes
Iain, I am working on the theory it will just go away eventually, but if not I will be intouch regarding a physio.
Andy, thanks for that just rip up the cheque.

Re: Brecon Beacons trip - Free place
Graham, I've sent Andy a message using the forum, but I'm not sure he got it, it is sitting in the outbox?
Anyway, it says -
Andy, I might need to take Graham's place. It depends on the weather, if it's not a good forecast Cath and kids don't want to go to Brecon.
I'll try and make a decision tonight...

Ok, I'd like to confirm that I'll take Graham's place.
Graham, I'm happy to pay my way, just let me know what you want me to do.
Thanks

Si you just need to contact Andy some how and get his agreement then pay when you get there. Some one must have his mobile number I guess.
Re: Brecon Beacons trip - Free place
I'm texting him now.
I'll tell him to destroy your cheque.
