Possibly for the same reason that I wasn't; The forum went a little quiet last week, and I couldn't be sure how many peeps were going, or even if it was still on. Didn't want to be the
only one there!
Unfortunately, the forum is my only means of gathering info!
How was Cannock then? Is it worth the drive? Might pop up there later in the year.

Re: Hi Tim, er I mean Tom.
The intention was always there but having not been at home much at weekends lately due to merida's and a trip to Scotland amoungst other things, we realised that chores just don't get done on their own and we got fed up waiting for the fairies to do anything.
Another reason was after a fantastic ride in the rain and mud at the merida last weekend, the novelty of more mud had just plain worn off.
Also just couldn't be bothered to get out of bed any earlier on a Sunday morning.
Is that enough excuses yet? Please don't tell me you all had a brillant time though, otherwise I will have to kick myself very hard.

Re: Hi Tim, er I mean Tom.
Hi Caroline,
It was a good day out and the weather was brilliant. The bike did not need much of a clean either.
I did get home to find the fairies had not done any chores though. I keep telling my daughter that their useless and that I'm going to stamp on them like a spider, she doesn't like that!
Don't worry the lack of numbers were put down to Gav's organisational skills.

Re: Hi Tim, er I mean Tom.
Just to clear up should there be any confusion.
I didn't organise a diddly!
The Bigger Version was reponsible or not - which would be fairer to say.
Still I'll give him credit where due. He did manage to drive four of us up safely and not a single wheel was forgotten!
We were also on time and in the right car park. Again that was mostly down to Smegger who was up at 6am making cups of tea. Sorry Si I didn't mean to scold you with mine. It's just a bit of a shock being woken up at that time on the weekend.
