Builth Merida
Just to let you know that you all missed out on a fantastically wet ride in Wales yesturday. As it had been tipping it down Saturday as well, the streams were running nice and high and the mud was nicely churned up by the time we got to the trails.
Great fun was had by all though and we were greatful for the power washers at the end.

Me and Jamie didn't miss it! We did the 50K. But it felt more like a 100K.

Re: Builth Merida
Looks like I chose right to head down to Hayling Island for the weekend it was Sunny for the whole of Saturday then it didn't start raining til 11am on Sunday. The rain arriving at 11 was ok at I was just heading home as I was out sailing from 7.30 to make the most of the tides.
Oh it was VERY windy was well

The three of us only did the 30K, Tho Andy came fifth and I came twenty fifth :S. It was a great weekend, even with the rain! Definitely going to be doing another one, although next time I will be doing the 50! Anyone interested in the Penrith Merida (13th - 14th September)?
