I have dragged my bike out of the shed and plan to find out if I can still ride the thing (No service in 9 years could spell disaster!)

We had a 'girls weekend and a bit away' at Afan last week with a few honary members - Mike whinged like a girl at some times, Brian did some cooking and Gav washed up..!

I didn't make it, 2 flat tyres and spongie suspension. Spent the Sunday fixing instead of riding - bet I've missed the best Sunday of the summer, the weather was perfect.

I will make it next Sunday I will I will.....
