Northampton Routes?

Sitting here bored with my dodgy shoulder and was wondering if anyone knows of any EASY routes that I could bimble around on?
Is there any around Delapre Park?

How is the shoulder?

Delepre park? is that the one on your right as you come into the town centre, from the queen elenor interchange?

If so, I think there may be a trail on at least 2 sides of it.

When I attempted my cycle to work in northampton this week, I came down the trail running alongside the road into the town centre. It was very fast and fun.

I intend to find out next week if the trail borders the park on all 4 sides. If it does, I might use it for a few lunchtime laps.

What about along the canal/river that leads to billing aquadrome? Any routes along there?

Doesn't one side end up at the Golf Course Carpark, you could cut through the underpass and come out in Hardingstone, and then loop back??. If you want a really EASY... ride Salcey is just around the corner from you Jim.(and me!)

Don't send him to Salcey, he'll probably jump off that tree walk thing!
