Hi Guys and Ladies.

Just a polite reminder.

If you are thinking of joining us for a ride, are a new member or as a member are inviting a friend along for a ride.
Please can you ensure you or your guest/s have a helmet.

For legal/insurance reasons we are unable to allow anyone who is not
wearing a helmet to ride with us.

Good thing I was wearing my helmet on Sunday. Just after I left you guys, I thought I'd do a short stint before returning home. 2 hours later I was in A&E with concussion and facial injuries.

I'll be buying a new helmet this weekend! (and front wheel)
