Midweek Ride Wednesday 5 September

Hi guys I will be up at 6 lets try to start earlier if not I will return at 6.45 to start a run. Bring your lights!

Got a day off work tomorrow, so will probably be down the woods earlier - bout 4ish maybe. not got any lights yet so will have to potter off home early.

what time is it safe to ride till at the mo without lights? 6pm maybe?

Its dark about 8 pm now so try to get back before then

May have to give it a miss tonight. Just been out for a quick blast, and I'm getting a bit of pain in my right knee.

Think the way I set up my pedals/shoes disagreed with my knee joint a little on Sunday.

It's fine for spinning, but putting any power down is a little painful.
