Bike Maintenance Courses

Hi - Just to let you know I’m organising some Bike Maintenance course for complete novices in the next few months

Course covers the following;

• Bike safety check
• Bike set up
• Workshop tools
• Bike cleaning and lubrication
• Changing tyres, replacing inner tubes and puncture repairs
• Gear and brake adjustment
• Tools & equipment
• Trailside kit
• Emergency trailside repairs

You need to bring along your bike as the course is hands on and delivered by a bike mechanic/trainer.

Cost is £55 for the day (10am – 4pm) which includes instruction, lunch, refreshments and goody bag. Course is running at Brixworth Country Park, Northants (i.e. at Pitsford Reservoir, next door to Pitsford Cycles).

First course running is for women only on Sun 30th September (this course is also supported by www.shecycles.com ) the second course is for guys and gals and is running on Sat 20th October.
