Selkirk MTB Marathon 4th and 5th Aug

Is any one else doing the Merida at Selkirk

I'm going up on the Saturday, then coming back on Monday and hoping to stop off at either Newcastleton or Glentress for some extra fun if the weathers ok.

Well that's two of us, me and maybe Swampy and a couple of guys from Cannock.

I just got an email asking me to marshall at Selkirk but I think I would rather ride than stand and watch

Well Selkirk was 'fun' It rained from start to finish and the course which was fantastic last year was really difficult to ride in the slippy mud. Never mind there is always next year!
Steve, one of the guys from Cannock I rode with said this was the hardest ride he had ever done

Any way went upto Glentress and rode the red route before lunch and then drove down to Newcastleton and did the red there before driving home on Monday
