Wow.. they listen!

Not sure if you heard about the proposed changes to the Highway Code, requiring cyclists to use cycle facilities 'where possible'. A concern for anyone who doesn't want to face broken glass, shopping trollies, chavs, badly maintained routes, flooded underpasses, having to stop ever 200m for a road crossing.

Anyway, there was an ePetition, and the cyclists won!
