Sore neck and needs a wash.
I woke up Monday with a stiff as fxxk neck and its still bad today. I think it could be to do with riding rigid forks, any thoughts peeps that ride them?. Also my washing machine only works at 40cis that o.k for a camel back, (course without the bladder). many thanks chums.

Phil, haven’t you been riding rigids for ages?? If so it probably wasn’t the forks, although I’m no doctor. Perhaps you slept in a funny position!!!
Washed my camelback last week at 40 and it has come up like new. Just tuck all the buckle straps away in the compartments where possible. And make sure you empty it, I almost left my multitool in mine!!
