Recommend me some grips

My grips have had it (Planet X Tickety Boo or something) so can anyone suggest some new ones?

Going on a rigid front end so need to be quite soft/squidgy to help dampen the bumps.

Ergon grips are good, the ones that I have without the bar end but have a slightly wider grip at the end. Can be hard on the hands but only if you grip too hard.
