Hi Everyone

Thanks for making me welcome today! I had a great time, but just cant believe how unfit i am! I was shocked to discover that even going downhill could be so exhausting.

I puffed, sniffed and weezed my way around the course and at one point thought i might just throw up.

I could just about manage the drive home. Cant believe you all did the course again!!

I wont let it beat me, i intend doing plenty of visits to the gym!!

Hope you can put up with me again!
