2011 Calendar
Hi Guys n Girls
The 2011 calendar is now up and running. Apologies for the tardiness this year and thank you to everyone who has suggested places and events to ride. Keep em coming.
We are not going to Scotland again this year as we feel there is still not quite enough demand to make it finacially viable. Having lost quite a bit of club money last year after booking and then so many people unable to go or pulling out. Next year hopefully .
There are a couple of Welsh weekends planned one in June and another long weekend away over the August bank holiday.
There are plenty of one day trips for those of you unable to make weekends away for whatever reason. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time to organise and lead these.
Hopefully we shall have a summer of great riding. See you out on the trails.

Re: 2011 Calendar
Is it possible to put an easy to read list of events on here so we can see at a glance whats on.
Re: 2011 Calendar
Morning Speedy,
I agree it's not easy to read. However if you look at the forum page along the top are a line of links, if you click on calendar there you get an easier to read format. Hope this helps.

Re: 2011 Calendar
Ok, so this needs some more finnessing but I have been plying around with the club website (http://www.cyclonembc.co.uk/website/) and more specifically the calendar events on the right hand side.
To do tasks:-
- So that the first list of events on the right hand side is an at a glance list of planned club trips
- Below is a list of up coming regular events (sunday rides, club night ... etc)
- Finally there should be a list of upcoming general mountain bike events not organised by the club (crc mtb marathons, FNSS ... etc)
To do tasks:-
- Fix the more info links so that they take you to the proper information location (forum posting, website ... etc) not google calendars
- Add instructions for how to add the calendars to your iPhone, iPad, Android device, Desktop pc
- Correct the appearance to look more like the rest of the page
- Add website page with proper calendar view
