Just serviced my Rear shock parts £12 including postage Time taken about 30 mins

Done it sitting infront of the pc with video of how todo it on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vb8BNsFcINQ

TFtuned price £85 plus postage

Just did this.

I was surprised how little dirt was in the shock after two years of mud.
