Based on 6 people £145 travel costs plus bit extra for breakdown cover and car insurnace for europe
http://www.rushadventures.co.uk/booking_s.aspx Fully catered 3 july £325 with lift pass
http://www.flowmtb.com/morzine/morzine-catered/ Fully Catered 3 july 475 euros no lift pass
most places I have looked are between £300 - 500 per week for catered, Breafast, afternoon tea, Evening dinner 6 nights out of 7
At moment easyjet flights workout at about £140 with bike carraige as far as I can tell but Im sure there will be some more extras for booking in plus the baggage monkeys get to throw your bike around and if 6 people fly Im sure they will be pretty pissed off once bike number 6 comes down the conveyor!

Re: Thinking outloud
Phew! If my mental arithmetic is right, that's £610 each for 6 days cycling in Morzine. Anybody have any idea what Scotland worked out at?

Re: Thinking outloud
Scotland
cant quite remember how much I spent in total in the end, but this was my budget for Scotland last year:-
accommodation £160
transport £65 (based on 2 people sharing a car and includes travel between trail centers)
on top of that you have food, misc broken/forgotten bike parts, mozzi repellent etc...
Morzine
Morzine would be an awesome adventure. So if you are thinking of putting together a trip out there , then I'm interested!
Generally flying with your bike is not too much of an issue if you package it up well, but driving would be so much more interesting.

Flight was £115 with bike and 1 bag in the hold
Ive gone for the catered option paid for passportes entry.
Bit extra for transfer and lift pass unless you want to cycle up the hills
I anyone books tell them my name and will be put in the same rooms
