MTB'ers in Newport Pagnell this evening
Hi All
I went out for a spin this evening in the snow, up out of Newport Pagnell, along the canal and around Willen Lake.
Just coming out of Green Park, I spotted 3 other guys heading over the M1 bridge and around Tongwell Lake. They can't have started far from where I live.
One had Corley Cycles clobber on and another had what looked like Leisure Lakes kit on. I saw them again heading from Willen into Campbell Park.
Does anyone know who they were? In 2 years of riding from NP into & around MK it's the first time I've seen anyone else remotely serious about MTB'ing.
By the way, hammering around in the snow was tip-top!
Kurt

Re: MTB'ers in Newport Pagnell this evening
Hi Kurt
They might have been members of Team MK, as Mark Booth runs the Body Limits fitness club on the wolverton road next to the Youth Centre. They regularly do some riding and running in the are , there website is www.teammk.com , I know they do a running and Mountain biking session up the woods on a Saturday morning, you could just turn up and do the biking part
