thetford winter races

anyone doing any thetford enduros? just did the 1st one was right laf!!

i did it last year.
this year we did dust 2 dawn and it was wet but fun.
i know that Andy is doing the enduros i may do one when i have got my bike fix

yeah i just started to think about racing about 2 weeks before dusk til dawn and at that point i was still smoking and drinking everyday so i gave it a miss!

i was wondering if anyone had been to were they hold the 2nd round in ipswitch as i have no idea on what tyres to take as the 1st round i expected mud and slop and it chucked it down the night before so run mud tyres with lowish pressure and it was toataly the wrong choice so doing some research for the 2nd round

Probably best to ask on the Thetford Racing forum as they’ll no doubt be some locals on there.

my wets change to the track condions some times i ride my Tioga wet if it get muddy. but i found that on a=sand it best to go for inters as it dose not get wet enogth.
the problem is grip in the wet i find that about 25psi and a good wet works for me but all ride ore difrent. so it is trial and eroa
