tuesday night ride?

hi is there anything goin on next tuesday as im desperate to find some new trails to train on?

and desperate to test my new avid ulitmates and xmax sl's on some proper hills!

what tyres are you using?

We normally ride tuesday (v fast) and thursday nights (fast), I would recommend trying a thursday first if you are not familiar with the trails in the dark. plus I find that you need good lights if you want to really nail it in the dark...

I'm using panaracer fire xc pro 2.1 folding tyres atm, they are good all round. Other peeps will probably recommend bontrager mud X for the gloop...

nice1 yeah i think my lights could do with upgrading so hopefully join you next thurs do you ride constantly for 2 hours? what sort of distance do you cover?

No, someone usualy hits a tree at some point so we stop to laugh.

We stop so I can catch my breath or catch up with everyone else, well both actualy.

Sunday ride starts at 10 from the Hut and 11 from the carpark int woods in Asply Heath, top of Church Road I think it is.

sounds like a right laf!! im stripping the s works at the moment going to bung together a cheap single speed out of a kona kula frame i got lying about to keep me training while i scrape together every last bit of cash i can find to build my dream bike!!!........my mrs would kill me if she new what im planning!!
