How about s**t yer pants scary, terrible, torture Tuesday?
Seems a little more accurate to me.....
I hurt already. Cheers for a brilliant night time baptisim of fire peeps. It hurt every inch of the way!
Great fun, but I'm feeling it now, and I still got that 2 hour martial arts lesson at 10am tomorrow. I'm gonna be pooped!

Yes I must admit spinning this moring was painful......
We did just under 14 miles in 1hr 21 minutes and roughly 1300 calories accoring to my compuder......

Oh Damn, I missed the fun. What a shame.
To be honest I was still hurting on Sunday from the previous Tuesday and Thursday night rides. I have a cunning plan though! If I can just get a C5 motor to fit on my frame.
Hope to be there for both next week.
