Jason, you mentioned on Sunday, you were in the market for a new bike.

Have you checked out the deals on Merlin.

They are selling Commencal Supernormals for £800 !!. Yes, thats a reat spec 24lb hard tail !!!! (They also do finance deals)

If you are dead set on a full suss, its def worth demo'ing one first. They are really different rides to hard tails.

I always think you have to really consider where you are going to do the majority of your riding. If its up the woods, do you really need a full suss? If you are going to kill the trail centres 4 or 5 times a year, then a full suss is def worth considering. If you want to demo a Supernormal, ask Dave French, he has one.......and killed Morzine on it when we were all riding 5" full bouncers !!!

I agree with big man,"One Punch" was killing them jumps n drops like a Pro.I'm ashamed to say that he was flying on that commencal!!!!

But I was still doing him everytime on the inside line for the switchbacks. lol!
