Coed
A big thank you to Andy for organising another great trip.
Well done all you Coed virgins, good riding guys.
Weather was wonderful and the the trails fast and dry.
Can't ask for much more than that.
Oh the company was ok
Shall we go again ?

Re: Coed
Yes we also had a cracking day on Sunday.
Ed and I rode the Dragons Back, Tarw and the Temtiwr. Legs were just about shot on the last climbs. But the stats were mad. 5430ft of climbing.........4906calories !!
Yes its that hilarious!!

Re: Coed
Not being a Techno Bike Geek I have no idea how far we climbed how
how many calories we burned. What the average speed was or average
cadence, wind speed, altitude, latitude or longeybollocks. Grid references
where unknown and of no use.
I can confirm we had a cracking time and no gismos ran out of battery
half way around the trails.
Just good old fashioned mountain biking !!!!!!!!
I think Fizz may have bought along her compass. I'll let her off just this
once

Re: Coed
Darren........you are a very cruel man........but I'm sure he'll find the funny side.
Who managed to ride that obstacle......it reminded me of the Rock Garden in Afan!
Andy: Was this 'skills' moment?

Re: Coed
How could you Darren!!!! I hope someone has a photo of you during your 'moment'! It defo was a skills moment!! I'm glad you couldn't put the next 2 pics on which followed! Big Gav took 5 attempts to clear that exit so I don't feel so bad!
Cheers to everyone who came-leading a group around a place I'd never ridden before was flucky but it was stupendous! A big shout to Daz for rescuing my tool box

Re: Coed
Which "moment" we talking about? The over the bars landing in a heap or the coming out of the shower just as a photo was being taken one
Re: Coed
Little Gav in the lead with Big Gav and Si in hot on his tail
Not sure what happened but Big Gav stopped (rude words said) and Little Gav disappeared into the distance

Thanks for a great ride!
I had a wicked time, the Addams Family rocks.... In the end I was enjoying the climbs.
I think the photo above of Big Gav and I needs a caption compo...

"Gav got the hump!" (Or in this case he didn't get the hump!)
Or Si is simply saying "Get out the way old man let youth n balls prevail!"
Boom boom!
