Uno week till Coed

Hi Guys,

One week to go-can't wait! Some of us will be riding on Friday as we will be leaving early so I hope to see some of you down there early.

Check out www.parcnet.com for directions, trail details and some other info. There are six trails to enjoy all ranging in difficulty. The Tarw trail is reviewed in MBUK this month.

The Cae Gwyn guesthouse is next to the parc and it has access to one of the trails. Its 2 miles from the visitors centre.

If anyone needs a lift now's the time to ask and get sorted.

I think we'll leave the hawaiian theme weather looks very varied but Friday looking good!

Iain, Catherine, Laura, Mick and myself will be on the trails from Friday so we hope to see you there!

i mean . i have justb seen that 2 smegger. me and mark were camping ,not together , but i dont know now. i may go there in my car and sleep in the back...sh3t.

I've decided to take the plunge and come along, unfortunately the campsite is fully booked....

I've managed to book a tent pitch at another campsite - Dolgun Uchaf Camping Site, Dolgellau. (£5 pppn)

So I'll have to throw the bike in the back of the car and meet you for some rides....

I don't have anybodys mobile nos, mine is 07989 960409, I'd appreciate if someone (ride leaders?) could gimme a bell / send me text so we can meet up and ride over the weekend...

Unfortunatley the Campsite at Cae Gwen is now full, howeve the man there was very helpful suggesting alternatives...

And get this - there is a 'Vanner Campsite' not that far away - it is destiny!

It is a cavan site that has hot showers and things - they don't take bookings, but the lady says you are welcome to come and suggests you get there as early as possible on Friday..

It's nearest to the tracks after Cae Gwen (7miles)and we can all arange to meet up anyway..

On A470, 1½ miles north of Dolgellau, turn right (signposted "Cymer Abbey"), then follow abbey signs to site.


There also are several other options including Dolgamedd Camping And Caravan Park near Dolgellau - 01341 450221. Or a wild camp near the pub!
