I'm visiting my Parents in Bedford and I would like to get out on my bike this evening or anytime tomorrow and ride at either Woburn or Chicksands. I haven't ridden in the area for 10 years so I would like to meet up with some locals that can show me the way round.

I think some people from the club ride at 6.30 on a Wednesday from the top of Church Road in Woburn Sands.

Alternatively try Sillygrin.co.uk as they ride every Weds evening in Beds/Woburn.

I believe there are a group who ride up Woburn on a Thursday – try Woburncrankers.com to find out who/what time etc.
