can i say that if i feel better by next week i will be doing the Long ride if i feel ok but if it to go by last sunday is any thing to go byb i have a long wait.. that the bad news done ..
start time the ride starts at 7.30 redastretion . food stop will be at the car Park at the top of Apsliy woods were we meet on sunday and Last year it was graet fun just follow the Arrows around ...

Early start works for me Neil. I think last year we all got there for around 08:00
