Forthcoming Ride(s)
Hi All!
Just to say don't forget the Cyclone day trip is only three weeks away.
Sunday 13 JULY.
In the fab surroundings of Cannock Chase I will make every effort to bring both wheels this time....!
Check forum for details but usual start time is 10am at our usual meeting place!
I am also planning a day trip myself to the Peaks, Ladybower, Mam Tor area within the next month....so watch this space....And before you ask ...No! It will be off-road...Ha!
Watch this space for details
And finally: It's not too long 'til my hardest Sportive this year - The Dave Llloyd Mega-Challenge on Sun 29 Jun. I am currently doing a fair amount of miles culminating in my `last` long ride before the event this Sunday.
I am planning a 132 mile road ride leaving from Walton Park appx 8am. I will be making 3 stops (at 33m increments - proper cafe stop half-way)
If anyone is mad enough to join me just call me before the `event`. It is likely that Neil (Teflon) will be riding. The pace will not be `fast` but it will take a few hours. If you wish to hook up for lunch or meet up en-route then contact me either way.
Thanks
Cheers

Re: Forthcoming Ride(s)
I'm up for this - always interested in new places to ride. (although may change my mind at 7am tomorrow!)
Who's going?
How long should I allow to get there? Looks like a good 2 hours to be safe.
