Mountain biking photos

Hi,

The photos on the carrousel at the top of the club website (http://www.cyclonembc.co.uk/website/contact-us/) are getting a bit old. So I thought I'd appeal for some new ones. Please can you send me any recent (past 12 months) photos of club events, rides, jumps, mountain bike related photos you have taken that you think would look good up there. If the photos are online (facebook, flikr, google plus ...), then you can reply to this message with a link to the photos. Otherwise bring digital copies along to club night. I will select 5-10 pictures to replace the current ones.

The problem with saying that is that I then have to trawl through all of your photos to find the cycling related ones (well ok, not quite all of your photos, I can make educated guesses about some albums) to find potential pictures. Multiply that by the people in the club and it becomes quite a task for me. Plus trawling through everyones facebook photos starts to feel stalkerish. Whereas people looking at their own photos is not too hard and divides the task up. I also don't want to put peoples photos up on a public website for the club without their permission and approval.

This way also gives an opportunity for people outside my circle of facebook friends to submit images. Some people may not be on facebook, or have an image the think would be great but not on there.

I'm mostly looking for some help finding photos and narrowing things down, but it's also an excuse for people to look back at photos of what they got upto this last year , might even spark off a fe conversations about trips or adventures we had.
