Cyclone Trip - Cannock 25 April

Watch out on the corners Guys the trails are dry, fast and loose! Polished stones everywhere and I fail to remember the last time I saw that.

Thanks for the warnings Gav. Gilly can not be diswaded (is that a word?) We will take it easy and come back fitter, stronger and with more skill.....hopefully!

I was hoping to make it, but it seems my assumed bruised ribs from my brush with a tree on last weeks ride are actually fractured, so gonna have to sit it out I'm afraid.

Maybe next time.

So, how was it?

Excellent day. Gilly came back in one piece which was the priority of the day. She was so gutsy and screamy and sooo much more skillful now. A bit of a baptism of fire but she stood up to the challenge. Between her and verbal I am claiming for hearing aids!

I shall try and post some pictures but the facebook Cyclone site only takes one picture at a time. I have put all 33 on my facebook page.
