Hi folks,

I hope everyone is ok. I am back in the saddle after a long season playiing Rugby. I narrowly missed out on the plane down under but alas, Jonno knows where I am. Enough bull, anyone riding tomorrow? I might start up a Saturday Summer Cyclone session if enough interest. I'm still a MIAS leader. cheers
