I will be along on Satuarday about 11. I may manage to ride to town but can't do a proper ride after still suffering with sore ribs

Why you got sore ribs Speedy?

I didn't quite make one of the corners at Coed y Brenin. A trip over the bars followed by a nice soft landing in the undergrowth, at which point the bike got me good and proper in the ribs saddle first
