hey guys gonna be changing my 8 speed cassette chain and shifters and getting sum 9 speed prob xt shifters+shimano 9 speed lx cassette . just wondering what chain i should get ? not sure whether 2stick with shimano or get summat different ? any help much appreciated cheers peeps

Get a SRAM, then you'll get the pwerlink so you can take the chain off to make it easier to clean - if thats your thing.

I've always sweared by XTR 7701. Pretty light and actually last quite a while considering its XTR. Plus you can use a quick link / gold link on it.
