| 1930 @ the car park. It gets dark after 8pm, bring lights.
Contrary to the lack of replies to my previous threads, we have a small but dedicated posse turning up on thursdays...
We had an excellent ride last thursday with a good pace and I provided entertainment by diving into a very deep muddy puddle. Next time I will take a camera...

| Phil, You can borrow one if you like. Check out FENIX L2D CE CREE Q5 PREMIUM FLASHLIGHT I got two of the smooth (spot) reflectors with lockblocks. Good enough but more light would be nice. These torches are much brighter than what you can get from Argos.

check this, I woke needing a pee about 1 in morning yeah got out of bed stood up and bang   my legs freaked out on me.
I had cramp like never before, it took me to the floor, then when i thought it had gone ,ii moved and that was it wack, i tell ya man i was in pain, up the back of my legs big time, I dunno what the neighbours thought I was swearing my box off,
