Don't mind shorts in all but the very coldest conditions, I wear shorts pretty much 24/7/365, even in snowy conditions, at work and on the bike, but thought Wales could bring things up a level. Was at the summit of snowdon a few years back when the weather turned real nasty real quick, and being a tad under-dressed got pretty chilly! Cheers for the help peeps!
