| Took the minerals and the Full Bouncer up the woods yesterday and tried the Big Jump at the top of the trail that leads down to the gate.
Hit it the first time, killed the jump, then realised there is a very big tree in front of me, and hit it full on about 20mph !!
Smashed my levers, GPS and my arm and ribs.
I now have an egg on my arm, and I can't take deep reaths or my ribs kill !!
But I tried it again, and managed to miss the tree !! _________________ Ride it like you've stolen it......... Litespeed Niota |

| I didn't realise that was the first time you had done the moat simon, well done!
This falling off must be catching!
I had a bit of an "off" Friday night coming home from work. I rode to work as I was finishing at 5pm. I didn't take both lights with me and coming back I decided to take the canal route, yes it was a bit dark with just a 5w halogen and an led cycle light! There is a bit of the towpath near the back of sainsburys in apsley there was a bit of a kerb along the edge not very bigjust big enough to whip the front wheel out from under me and small enough not to see . I must of been quite lucky with the landing. I landed on my knee but no bruising whats so ever just took a lump of skin off the front and made a hole in my trousers, should be a nice scar to show off once its back to shorts weather! |

| | Yeah its the 1st time I've had the bottle to do the moat, got to have another go next time i'm up there. I saw a bloke slip on the curb like that on new year's eve when he decided to cycle to the pub in Newport Pagnell without a helmet. He went right over the handlebars and cracked his forehead open, the ketchup was coming out of him at a right rate of knots and his missus was screaming her head off. Amusing Schadenfreude moment. I think the alcohol must have been a good anaesthetic |

| I think my one at Aston wood the other week was quite good, my knee still hurts now and it clicks very loudly every so often......never did that before!!!!! I'm now a proud owner of some Race Face knee and shin pads.
Hey Nath you might have cracked a rib mate..... |
